with his father. 'If I
do not bring [Benjamin]

responsibility, and I
will bring him back to
you.'

'My son will not go with
you!' replied Jacob.
'His brother is dead,
and he is all I have
left. Something may
happen to him along the
way, and you will bring
my white head down to
the grave in misery!'
